For hygiene and product protection reasons, all sales are final once an order has been placed. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Due to the nature of our products — including hair products, hair accessories, and press-on nails — all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.
These items are considered personal-use beauty products and cannot be returned or resold for sanitation and safety reasons. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing, colors, and quantities before placing an order.
While we do not accept returns, we understand that unexpected issues may occur. Skye Couture Co will assist customers in the following situations:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging it arrived in
Once verified, a replacement will be issued if available.
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
To resolve the issue, we require:
• A photo of the incorrect item received
• Your order number
Once confirmed, the correct item will be sent at no additional cost.
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check:
• Around your delivery area
• With neighbors or household members
• With your local delivery carrier
Once marked as delivered, Skye Couture Co is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. A replacement may be issued once the carrier confirms the package was lost.
In certain cases (such as lost packages or severe damage), customers may be required to cooperate with a carrier investigation before a replacement is issued. This helps protect both the customer and Skye Couture Co from fraudulent claims.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Skye Couture Co is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
Refunds are not issued for personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect sizing/style choices.
Refunds may only be considered if:
• The product arrived damaged beyond use
• The order was confirmed lost by the delivery carrier
• A replacement item is unavailable
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
